the Yoga coach

I completed my PhD in Commerce and left a lucrative career to follow my passion for yog. As a dedicated yoga coach and guru, I have underwent extensive training, including MA in Yoga and a Post Graduation Diploma in Yoga Therapy. I chose yoga as my profession after experiencing its power to heal various ailments. Believing that health is the cornerstone of a thriving society, my mission is to share the benefits of yoga widely and promote well-being in the community. Through my online platform, YogTatv.com, I offer personalized yoga classes that foster a supportive community focused on holistic well-being.
