Our founder discovered yoga during a difficult phase marked by health challenges such as thyroid imbalance, weight gain, stress, and joint pain. After trying various treatments with only temporary relief, the lasting changes came through yoga. What began as a hobby quickly became a calling. With formal education in yoga—including a Master’s in Yoga and a Postgraduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy—YogTatv was created to share the power of yoga with others facing similar struggles.

I Am Certified Yoga Instructor
I completed my PhD in Commerce and built a successful career. However, over time, I began to face several health issues such as being overweight, thyroid problems, stress, joint pain, and other physical discomforts. I visited many hospitals, dieticians, physiotherapists, and yoga centers. While I experienced temporary relief, I couldn’t find a permanent solution.
During this time, I discovered the power of yoga. I initially started practicing yoga as a hobby and out of necessity. As I continued, I noticed a dramatic improvement in my health and overall well-being. This inspired me to take yoga more seriously. Eventually, I decided to leave my career and follow my true passion—yoga.
To deepen my knowledge, I underwent extensive training, including a Master’s degree in Yoga and a Postgraduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy. I continue to study and grow in this field. Today, I have fully committed myself to yoga as a profession.
After witnessing many people around me suffering from health issues such as obesity, PCOD, thyroid problems, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, joint pain, stress, anxiety, and more, I began offering personal guidance. Over time, I transitioned to online yoga classes through my platform YogTatv.com.
I personally conduct all the yoga sessions and also integrate physiotherapy for specific conditions in collaboration with RehabDNA, a Canada-based company. Additionally, We offer Ayurvedic support through certified Ayurveda doctors.
